The World of Sales

The reality is, sales doesn’t just impact performance.
It shapes confidence, energy and life outside of work.
And yet, this side of the role is rarely understood or supported.

3 STEPS

How Verso Supports Sales Teams

Verso is a wellbeing service designed specifically for sales.

We help organisations understand how the role impacts people - not just performance, but confidence, energy and life outside of work.

Get in Touch

We help individuals understand how they experience the demands of sales.

Workshops translate this into practical ways of working at team level.

Ongoing programmes embed more consistent, sustainable behaviours.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Verso was founded by two individuals with decades of experience in sales and commercial leadership. Across organisations, industries and markets, they saw the same pattern repeat itself: high-performing sales professionals operating under constant pressure - with little support for how the role actually feels.

The impact showed up beyond performance - in confidence, energy, relationships and life outside of work. While organisations recognise the importance of wellbeing, most solutions are generic and not designed for sales. As a result, teams continue to experience high turnover, emotional strain and inconsistent performance.

This led to a simple question: What would mental wellbeing support look like if it was built specifically for sales professionals?

Sales Wellbeing Map

Via the Sales Wellbeing Map, Individuals gain clarity on their contextual strengths, risks and behavioural patterns.
Individual reports available from £45 per person.

The starting point is understanding how people experience working in sales. The Sales Wellbeing Map gives individuals clarity on:

• how they respond to pressure
• what drives their behaviour
• how energy and confidence fluctuate
• where risks and strengths sit

Each individual is mapped to one of four patterns.

Unlike traditional personality tools, this diagnostic focuses on how individuals experience the realities of sales over time - including uncertainty, performance visibility, rejection and workload intensity.

How the Map Works
Each reflects a different way individuals instinctively respond when work becomes demanding, uncertain or emotionally intense. Each contains both strengths and potentials wellbeing risks.

The Driver: Moves forward through action and urgency. Focuses on progress, activity and getting things done.

The Strategist: Steps back to analyse and plan. Focuses on understanding situations before acting.

The Reactor: Experiences the emotional impact of sales strongly. Energy and confidence shift with results.

The Connector: Focuses on people, communication and trust. Stabilises through collaboration and connection.

Try it out for yourself.

To introduce the framework, Verso offers a FREE short 16-question version of our diagnostic tool.

You’ll uncover your primary response, and some key insights into the strengths and risks associated.

It takes 3-5 minutes to complete and provides immediate personal insight.

Turning insight into action

The Sales Wellbeing Map reveals patterns that are often misunderstood within teams, helping explain why individuals respond differently to the same environment.

For Individuals:
• clarity on behavioural patterns and triggers
• understanding of how work impacts wellbeing and performance
• practical strategies to sustain performance

For Teams:
• shared language and understanding
• improved communication and collaboration
• reduced friction and misinterpretation

It turns something often invisible into something actionable.

Workshops & Application

Teams apply that insight to real scenarios - improving communication, reducing friction and working more effectively.
Workshops range from £3,500-£5,000 depending on depth.

Insight alone isn’t enough - this is where change happens.

Verso builds on the diagnostic through facilitated workshops that bring these insights to life.

Workshops are built around real sales pressure - not generic training.

We help teams:
• understand how different patterns interact
• recognise team dynamics
• navigate pressure more effectively
• develop practical ways of working
