2. What this website collects
Almost nothing. This site is static: there is no account system, no database, no contact form and no login. We do not set any cookies of our own, and there is no analytics, advertising or session-recording software on it.
Because there is no form here, the only way to contact us from this site is the email address in the footer. If you email us, we hold that email and your address for as long as we need to answer you.
Fonts, and what that means for your IP address
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. That is a request from your browser to a Google server, so Google receives your IP address and basic request information when a page loads. We do not control and do not receive that data. If this matters to you, self-hosting the font files removes the request entirely.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests on our behalf and may log technical information such as IP address and user agent for security and reliability. That processing is Cloudflare's, under our agreement with them.
3. The Verso application is separate
The product itself runs at app.versonow.com and is a different thing from this website. It has accounts, stores assessment results and daily wellbeing check-ins, and has its own, much longer privacy notice covering what it holds, why, for how long, and who can see it.
In short, and stated in the application's own notice in full: daily mood and energy check-ins are treated as special category health data under Article 9 of the UK GDPR, and are processed on the basis of your explicit consent. Sharing anything with a manager is your decision, never your employer's. Every feature works the same whether you share or not, and you can withdraw at any time from the Privacy and Sharing screen inside the app.
Nothing on this website collects any of that data. Signing up happens in the application, behind its own notice and consent.
4. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. For anything held by this website that means the emails you have sent us. For data in the application, the request is handled there.
Email [email protected] to make a request. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
5. Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. This site keeps no mailing list, so there is nobody to notify directly.
